Dear Mr. Green,
I am a recent graduate from the City University of New York (CUNY) -- the wonderful college school system that has made huge strides to produce college-educated professionals from all walks of life. Many of my colleagues from the CUNY system are struggling in a tough economy with loans being choked off, unemployment rising and higher tuition costs.

Helping to fix our economic condition

Waste in government is at an all time high because those in office like to stay in office an use the taxpayer money to do so. In times like these, we should be on aueterity budget which only means we should spend the money we have to and not spend on extras. It is time for no one in New York City and New York State to have ANY discretionary funds. Paying for concerts is not needed right now. Paying for parties is not needed right now. Giving money away to organizations so they can "reach out to the community" is not needed right now.

Affordable Housing Scam

I live in an HCCI built building sponsored by BFC & L&M management the coop was promoted as affordable middle class housing. The sponsor got a ton of money for building in an area which was blighted and did a crappy job when it comes to building good quality housing. The sponsor has kept the retail space for themselves & flipped the retail space as a condo with no percentage of income going back to the building so the building has had to start from day 1 to build a reserve. The shareholders have no say when it comes to what we would like to have as merchant in our building.
